Order Fulfillment

Okie Bee Nutria partners with a trusted third party fulfillment center to process and ship customer orders. While we coordinate your order, the shipping and fulfillment process is managed by HurryHub.co, our fulfillment partner located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders for products that are in stock are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 8 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please monitor your email for shipping updates.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.

If you do not receive your tracking information within the expected processing timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost while in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@okiebee.com.

We will assist you by working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, where applicable, request a refund or open a claim with the carrier.

Please note that products confirmed as lost in transit will need to be purchased again. Okie Bee Nutria will work directly with the shipping carrier to pursue any available reimbursement or dispute resolution related to the lost shipment.
