30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when it was received.

  • It must be unworn or unused.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order receipt is required.

Please note that returns sent without first contacting us and receiving approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Non Returnable Items

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase following our return process. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
